LG Hornet

The LG Hornet was released in July 2011. It is a flip phone which measures 99.8 x 51 x 15.8m and weighs 92 grams. This phone will remind you of the old times when flip phones were on the wave.


The TFT display has 256k colors and supports a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels and a pixel density of 128ppi. Besides the 2.2 inches primary display the phone has a secondary external monochrome display of 1 inch with a resolution of 94 x 64 pixels.

The Hornet supports MP3 files and a microSD card up to 8Gb. Its internal memory has 10 Mb and can store up to 1000 phonebook entries.

It has EDGE class 12 and a browser with xHTML support. The phone has Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP and a microUSB 2.0 port.

The camera has 1.3MP and takes pictures at a resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels. It can shoot QCIF videos at 15 fps. An FM radio is available and some preinstalled games too.

The 900 mAh battery can keep the phone on in continuous talk for four hours. In normal usage it can last up to 5 days.
